Scale Motorcycle Modelling
tamiya hayabusa

The photo on the left depicts one of my hobbies. I started scale motorcycle modelling for something to do when I packed in smoking. Well that didn't last long but I still build some models and this website is mainly about them.I don't pretend to be even a halfway decent modeller but I get enjoyment out of them and that's what counts.
Motorcycle Life
Some of the other things I do in life are detailed below. There's obviously a common thread running through this site with the exception of walking, but I love most aspects of biking. The only thing I haven't really done which i'd love to is track days or racing. Not enough money in life to do it all. If you've got a site you think I might be interested in then get in touch.

Pictures and information on my bikes and the journeys I've enjoyed

.Grindelwald

The photo above was taken on a trip to Switzerland in 2001 with a friend on his ZX-7R. The roads and scenery were breathtaking and theres plenty more inside.
I bought a PC game in 1999 and I'm still playing it now. In fact it's probably the only game I still play.

One of my PC bikes

It's a GP500 motorcycle racing simulation and it's kept alive and up to date by a group of enthusiasts and the GP500 Store run by Bull. There hasn't been another bike game to touch it since, it's that good.
Sometimes I do things with no connections to bikes at all. I love walking, the feeling of being up a hill with no one else around is similar to the feeling of freedom I get when I'm riding.

The Eiger

The picture above is of the Eiger, taken from the youth Hostel we stayed at.
