I'll only list those that I've used personally or those that I know people have had good service from.

Hannants: Excellent source for the UK, stock nearly everything you need. Won't post paints unless you buy a kit!
HobbyLink Japan: My favourite mail order house. Stocks all the Japanese manufacturers stuff at good prices, even with postage on top.
Models in Motion: Good UK source for Tamiya products and Alclad paints.
OnTracks: Another good UK source for motorcycle kits from Tamiya and Revell. Reasonably priced and good offers sometimes.
Model Crafts and Hobbies: New Zealand company, has good offers on Tamiya kits every now and then.
Mediamix Hobby: Based in Singapore, good cheap source for Tamiya kits and Studio 27. Quick service, my order arrived in 4 days.
